Tech advice requested:

Using outlook @ work, the address prompt keeps defaulting to listing 1st a colleague's personal email address.

Multiple times I have worked through the instructions to remove this email address from my contacts list and and change stays in place for n days. However, the change is reversed quickly.

Yes, I should look more carefully to choose the correct internal work email address but seriously why does it keep doing this?

Note: I have NO system admin rights.
