Based on its current trajectory, I expect Overcast to have more iPhone Duo users than iPhone Air users within a week… two, tops.

@marcoarment I’m sure a lot of this…. hinges on availability and reliability.

@marcoarment Can't wait to hear you & Casey discuss the duo on this weeks show (and for John to have the most opinions about a device he hasn't bought or used yet!)

@marcoarment For a moment I thought you were making a joke about the number of users you'd have ... two!

@marcoarment As someone who recently bought an iPhone 18 Pro and handed my Air down to my kiddo…and then..within a month…made him give me my Air back (spouse got the 18 Pro and he got her 16 Pro)….this makes me oh so very sad.

@marcoarment Well, not for me doesn't mean not good. I guess there is a market for this. Still, I'm astonished that there is a market of millions of people for a $2,000 phone. Not related to Overcast but the 6 month reviews will be just as revealing as the 6 day reviews.

still loving the Air life, and I'll be an Air 2 day 1 customer as well next yr
It’s such a magnificent thin little thing.

@marcoarment it works so well on the big screen, but I love how the now playing view looks on the tiny front one.

@marcoarment Heeeyyyy! Welcome back to Mastodon!
I don’t know that it will be a huge seller compared to other iPhones, but the desire for iPhone Duos among customers is palpable everywhere I’ve been looking.

@marcoarment I love my Air. Also, I paid less for it then I did 6 years ago for my 12.

@marcoarment I’ll have it on both. Does that make me special?
(No. Just a sucker for Apple’s experiments!)

@marcoarment Well I went from an Air to a Duo, so that won’t help your Air numbers. 😕

@marcoarment That is totally uncalled for, leave us alone. 😉
iPhone Air is the best iPhone ever released. I have a Mac to do my computery workloads, and I zoom with my feet.
