Only realized yesterday that this, while a necessary accessibility feature, is placed in a rather unfortunate way...

A blind person almost walked into me because I was blocking it & I really shouldn't do that, but as you see I'm not exactly alone... why was it put where people naturally stand, not where they naturally walk, more than likely turning it into an obstacle course?

Or am I missing something else?
