While it is not finished to usable form with respect to the pieces of government and enumerated powers, if you want to know what a constitution might look like if it aligned with universal rights, that part is mostly finished, except for the rights of the child. The piece of the old constitution that did not align with universal rights--the 2nd amendment--is now in a form that would allow for rational arms control, and I added an all new right to corruption-free governance.
