Are you a native speaker of #English? Maybe you can help! I'm looking for a proverb or idiom that has a similar meaning to a certain German one.

That proverb makes fun of / warns against project managers, and to understand it, you need to know that the German name of the "common brimstone" butterfly is (translated) "lemon folder".

Verbatim, it would go like this: "Whoever believes that project managers manage projects also believes that lemon folders fold lemons!"

Any idea?
