    Slight late #intro...
Not quite #firstpost, that was the cat which probably tells you all you need to know really.

UK based #ultrarunner, used to do #ironman but not a great swimmer and enjoyed running more.
Still occasionally affected by a #TBI from a freak cycling accident.
Also a huge #nerd, I have many 90% finished projects. Lots of #raspberrypi , lots of #arduino, lots of #NRF I try to blog about these when I can.

    Plans for 2023: Crawley24hr, GUCR, A100

Ivor on a bike, with leg in cast-boot alongside Hugo in running kit
Hugo in foreground, Cara in middle, Ivor at back taking a selfie in the sunshine on a run, all in cool reflective sunglasses
Another running selfie, this time with Cara, Ivor, Hugo and the lesser spotted Oliver
A rare shot of Ivor and Cara standing together in non running outfits. Flowers everywhere, on Ivor's shirt, Cara's dress and table behind.
