I just voted in NZ. Very different from the US.

The Play Wow or Get Work Done poll was very close, I need a recount. Worried that non-mastodon users voted.

@eniko Check out the bottom of blog2.thimbleweedpark.com, thanks for the work.

US Election Day feels like it was a really big deal for the fediverse. I didn’t hear anything about Linux for about 20 hours.

I hate being an adult.

Data centers in earth orbit is a stupid idea, basic physics says so. The smart move is sending them to into the sun. Think of all the power!

I was channeling a hardboiled 40s PI this morning then I put tape the front door to see if the building inspector showed up while I was out.

holy shit we got blue texas before gta 6

To everyone monitoring the US elections, please calm down, they haven't counted my vote yet.

Trying out @Vivaldi It's still Chromium, but we'll see. So far, so good.

There is some dipshit on Mastodon pretending to be me. If you see anything from me that isn't @grumpygamer and verified, block.

Happy to report https://blog2.thimbleweedpark.com/ mostly works with lynx.

Every time I try a new browser because the old browser was run by horrible people I find the new browser is also run by horrible people. I'm running out of browsers. I worry browser are big and complicated enough these days that they will always be run by horrible people. Feels like I need to find the browser run by the least horrible people.

I get to vote for the first time in NZ. The party names are very confusing. 40 years of Democrats and Republicans is intrenched in my brain so I'm doing a lot of research. WA has always had mail-in voting, so this will be my first time going to a polling place.

I'm getting irritated at the amount of AI shit that's still showing up on Bandcamp.

I don't want to listen to a summary of a fucking genre, I want to hear the people who bled into the recordings and feel their pain.

Every question you ever had about Thimbleweed Park 2 is quarantined* to be answered here.

@dbarros Nice avatar gif.

There is no such thing as "ethically using AI". AI is trained on stolen data. AI is destroying the environment and communities. AI is making us stupid. Use AI if you want, just don't pretend you're doing it in ethical way.

Fediverse find - happy Halloween!
