No idea on the 25 questions to be honest, it would depend on how complex they were, and how big of a problem it would be if we got them wrong.

In total maybe somewhere between 3-5k as a rough idea? Possibly more if data transfers were a really big part of the business operations.

Honestly it wouldn't surprise me if the price was higher.
