I coach my son's U15 football team. I have been with them the last 6 years. I recently found out that the parents have a separate WhatsApp group and discuss my match day decisions and training techniques. Some parents can be dicks. Last season coaching.

@fesshole I have a friend who used to referee U15 football. Gave it up after a few years because of the abuse from parents on the sidelines. Dicks indeed.

@fesshole Really sorry that happened. I can only say the parents in my son's football team aren't like that. Only secret Whatsapp groups are for presents for the coaches.
