I'm not balding evenly so I trim a couple times a week with a little shaving machine for my head.
One part, between the circular blades "frame", and the actual motor/handle, is a little broken (tiny plastic piece worn off from years of use), so I reached out to the manufacturer.
They can't send me that one piece, so they want me to cut the charger's cord, send a photo, and they'll replace the whole thing. I'm to discard/recycle the old one.
I appreciate it but also… why so wasteful? 😩

@sarajw If I had a 3D printer, 3D skills, and more brainpower, it would be such an easy fix, too… I'll try to make sure nothing ends in a landfill at least. 😅

@chriskirknielsen Extra annoying because they're asking you to destroy your still-mostly-working device *before* they'll send you the replacement.

@AmeliaBR Yeah I wrote back explaining the charger isn't broken but that is their procedure apparently. It's very backwards and I double-checked the email address to make sure I wasn't getting punk'd. 😬
