Wired: Prioritize a landmark SCOTUS-proof anti-corruption act that criminalizes everything Trump & his allies—inside & outside government—have gotten away with, that provides severe criminal & civil penalties, is retroactively enforceable, and has no statute of limitations.

IOW punish past corruption & prevent future corruption - instead of using an out of date & shaky process for a third time, that does not fix the problems at the source.

In 2024 she voted against Ukraine aid when Russia was bombing the region she grew up in. She also said Ukraine can’t demand to keep all its land.

Yay. Wisconsin has another Democratic governor. That means it will be a Democrat who sells our state out to data centers. Yay.

@james In the USA, incumbency is a real advantage. It's like serving in tennis, the expectation is that you will win and it's notable if you don't. The key here is that 7 of the senate races were flipped from R to D while exactly 0 were flipped from D to R. This is very high historically.

Too many voting for Democrats are also buying GOP talking points on trans people. You know they're lying to you about the economy, and Iran, and various vanity construction projects, you should apply some of that skepticism to their vilification of a minority.
