Americano water pot's handle fell off.

Tap-welded bracket's threaded hole was stripped out.

So I attached the bakelite handle to the standoff bracket with some random Ikea furniture hardware.

Then slotted the standoff with a dremel disk, put a stainless hose clamp through, and grabbed the pot around its waist.

Onward, toward the dawn!
