    @thin_line /e/ and Murena have repeatedly falsely claimed GrapheneOS is heavily used by criminals and that our users are violent people. Meanwhile, it's primarily their community engaging in harassment towards our team and previously DivestOS.

    They've relentlessly lied about what GrapheneOS provides by downplaying the privacy and security protections it offers. They wrongly try to portray it as only useful to a tiny niche and portray that niche as criminals. They aren't on the side of privacy.

    @GrapheneOS @thin_line They can eat shit with that attitude. Who are they calling criminals? Those who fight to stop Trump's mass roundups and concentration camps?

    Note that in the US, those of us who are fighting against blatant Fascism find that a Graphene phone with Signal on it is the only military grade encrypted communications system most of us can get our hands on.

    In times like this, freedom fighters usually far outnumber predatory criminals/pedos/etc. As many as 200,000 people may have taken part in the January defense of Minneapolis against Chump's "Operation Metro Surge." That's JUST in Minneapolis and was mostly locals who rose to the fight not traveling activists.

    Of course, pro-Fascist "tech bros" are going to shit all over anyone who helps us fight.
