So myself and Freja are thinking about coming to 40c3 this year, but both of us have a very small budget and would need help figuring out accomodation. If anyone has any suggestions, knows anyone we could crash with or somewhere we can get a discount on a hotel please let me know.

I'm also considering travelling in to Germany before Christmas because of how bad transport connections are from the UK after Christmas.

We haven't started to plan anything yet, but it would be nice if we could both attend together this year.

EDIT: Freja probably won't be able to attend due to how much travel costs to get to Hamburg from Finland, on top of not being able to budget a hotel room. If anyone is interested, I will research an airbnb for 3 and I am happy to split the cost if Freja can't make it.
