If you have a four day week you're just expected to get five days work done in four and the day off just seems to evaporate under housework.
If you only work two days, you're not really part of the workplace and the admin overhead takes up too much time proportionally.

@subtl oh the housework is why i prefer the extra day! If a Monday or Friday is freez i can run all the errands and do housework that's too big and generally takes a weekend day away, or that requires consecutive days, without spoiling the weekend
