M'kay... Area's _around_ the safeish area do not stay free of squishies. Squishies show back up over time. Again, I dunno if this is a daily check or weekly or... <shrug> I don't think I've got through a weeks worth of days yet so... Weekly is probably _not_ the answer.

There is a mini-game for 💩ing.
It's not _critical_ if you don't get it right. It's not like you accidentally cover the floor with it or anything.
It just slightly speeds up the timer bar.

There's a room that has a much lower temperature than normal and I'm going to see if the ... not yet food parts last longer in there. Or if they despawn or just rot per normal.

So, if I _open_ a storage container that _has_ duct tape in it... I can use the duct tape _in_ the container to repair gear in my inventory or gear that's equipped. Noice.

Annnd... I've fallen from trying to jump across a small gap on a walk way and injured my leg.

Hmm... I can't tell if batteries have a charge that the game tracks... For example if I'm running certain equipment long enough will the battery die before the power comes back on?
Or... Does it just act like a uninterruptible power source?

OK, time for a real-world break. I'm stumped _and_ I'm struggling to get the resources I need to feel 'safe' enough to _try_ to progress.
So... I'ma do something else for a little while but this has been a delightful few hours with a new game that is obviously the result of a _lot_ of love from the dev and design teams. <3
