@mttaggart Sure, but he doesn't own it, he doesn't even get to make decisions unilaterally. That's really the difference here. If it was some kind of fake-foundation that was really a for profit company where he actually owned it, then I think there's some meat to it. But it's a real 501(c)(6) with trustees, bylaws, and formal public records. If the Rails Foundation is being sketchy, then yes, pull funding. But it seems fine so far.
