I used to know a guy who had *worked* at the original Starbucks and couldn't shut up about how it was orders of magnitude better than the come-lately poser wannabe Starbucks whose deficiencies only *he* could recognize.
Apr 19, 2026, 7:39 PM@MLE_online they did recently start (finally) banning vehicles driving through pike place market when it's open, which I've heard has made an already good spot to mosey and people watch even better. but it's beyond me why they would ruin that by getting in a giant line
