I have/use those, but I haven't seen any VPN adverts in my LibreWolf installation.
Sadly, experiences from the past are no guarantee for the future.
I have Strict tracking protection without fixes on, but disabled the letterboxing and fingerprinting.
The most annoying part of LibreWolf is not staying logged in, which is a cookie setting somewhere, and I don't remember where... I wish I could find it again... If you do, please let me know.
Until then, you might have to re-login to everything every time you restart the browser... Sorry.
