I'm so constantly tired 🫩

Does anyone have any opinions about #Naomi #Klein and #Astra #Taylor's book "End times fascism and the fight for the living world"?

I half expected @pluralistic to have written/reviewed it, but it seems not (yet)?

What is that #iOS "smart" internet connection setting again, that burns through your data to bypass #adblock on a #wifi?

The #Spinoff #RSS feed is back!

Ehm, #hail? Wut?

My #Surface #RT has stopped #WiFi-ing properly.
I keep getting this error with a partial #hex dump, and I have no clue why or what's going on.
Can anybody #help here?
It's running #Raspberry #Pi #OS #Trixie, with the surface-rt kernel 6.4.0-dirty

Holy crap. Today I learned about a #Dutch phone provider, that "records its users and has it analyzed through #Claude"
But now, they're also going to record the person that is being called. WITHOUT INFORMING THEM.
And, according to the CEO, this is within the legal boundaries of Dutch law.
WTF?
If that's not a violation of trust, I don't know.
Fucking #AI being shoved into every possible corner of our lives

If you are in #Wellington, you should grab a #bratwurst roll from #salute pies! 🤤

Oh hurray! My #2Degrees mobile bill is going up with NZ$2/month!
But, to give me a taster of what's changing, the new extra minutes is active immediately, so now I have unlimited calls to NZ & Aussie, instead of the old and boring unlimited calls to NZ & Aussie!

Every time I work from home, I'm so tempted to just use my own laptop and #Linux to do things, but I also don't want to put work stuff on my personal laptop

Reminder that April is procrastination month.

It's starting! The #bubble! It is starting to loose stability! #AI

The idea of a #photo page on my site, with a somewhat-random photo that I'll change out every so often appealed to me.
So, I made a photo page.
Thanks to Robert Birming for the idea!

A #cat standoff with a window in between

As predicted. #BitWarden changes to a commercial license. A start of #Enshittification, and selling-out.

#TheSpinoff has revamped their website, but now the RSS feed is gone.
Help me get it back again?
I couldn't find it. If you find it, let me know, otherwise, send them an e-mail?

I wonder what my #cat thinks when I chatter back at her.
For all I know I'm yelling "Umbrella! Pineapple! Rabbit! No pyamas" at her

Does anyone remember where the newworld/woolworths random barcode generator lives?

Whoever here posted about the #ExitParty novel from Emily St. John Mandel
Thanks, I've expanded my home library!
