i WILL say that i think it's really funny and also kind of telling about The State Of The Industry that the absolute coolest, most peak thing Remedy could think of doing for this game's big gameplay twist was "hey, remember Earthbound? man, Earthbound ruled, right?". this AAA game wants to be an indie game *so bad*
