This article is pretty good, though I'm going to pre-empt well-actualizing reply flies by acknowledging that it doesn't address how stimulants are often used to manage symptoms of neurodivergence (I do not just mean "in order to fit into what this capitalist production line society has declared to be neurotypical", which is more or less what the article's already saying, I am also referring to people like me who sometimes need stimulants to handle basic tasks like feeding myself)
