when we moved into this flat, the boiler wasn't working

when we got the boiler fixed and the hot water pressure went back to normal, the bath tap in the upstairs bathroom sprung a leak... long story short, we had to lift much of the floor and disconnect the bathtub entirely to fix it

yesterday, cleaning the shower enclosure in the downstairs bathroom with some enthusiasm, one of the panes popped out... followed shortly by the entire enclosure coming adrift from the shower tray, the wall, and itself

this left us with exactly zero usable baths/showers 🙃
