@celesteh Anna Lambert, 1907-1993 spent her childhood and youth in this house, fleeing from the Nazis to England with her two children in 1939.

In June 1995, two memorial shrines were built into the foundations of the Steinertor, the symbol of the city of Krems, representing the hundreds of fates of the city's Jewish citizens.

The two bronze cubes contain memorial texts signed by 492 citizens.
