my stupid phone company splits my bill into loads of small "accounts" all of which I have to pay individually. HOWEVER the "we are just about to cut you off" message has a link that lets you just pay the whole lot!!!!!!

ha well that's going to serve them right (until my finances are stable enough to cope with direct debits anyway)
