This is a REALLY valuable guide, and shows how the new Code of Practice – awful, exclusionary, transphobic and segregationist in tone and ambition though it is – is no reason for outright panic. It has created an awful, confusing mess – but that cuts both ways. Segregation can still (often) be challenged.
