@masek @bagder tbf this is a more general problem.

Lobbying is an actual job that demand actual knowledge and skills.

The ecosystem is built around people that are paid to do it because... Well they are the professionals for this job.

And yes, it means a hobbyists with limited resources rarely get through. Note the thing though. In most policies, the hobbyists with limited resources that are not organised are not the subject matter experts nor are they critical infrastructure.

We are a thing that is kinda unique and that they are not equipped well to handle.
