Dr. Fauci's role in putting forward the zoonotic spillover while downplaying the possible lab-leak hypothesis for COVID virus origin has to be investigated.

The role that Dr. Fauci played in trying to discredit the lab-leak hypothesis before eventually conceding that it might be true also has to be called out.

Dr. Fauci has a lot to answer for. Trumps action were despicable but that cannot be a fig leaf for Dr. Fauci's conduct.
