    We went out of our way to make sure this was clearly a protest but the corporate shit for brains people of Rapid Response says our protest violates the city ordnance. Email each of these terrorists, that is the least we can do...

    THIS IS WHAT I'VE BEEN SAYING. Homeless people have NO US Constitution rights in this country. We went out of our way to make it very clear that this a protest. One of us is a US Air Force vet and I am a US Army vet. I have been swore to defend the US Constitution since 1990 DURING Desert Storm in Germany. I have never met a terrorist outside THIS country.

    You people may as well call yourselves MAGA cult Trump followers. Do I do what I swore to and start hunting the terrorists IN THIS COUNTRY?!?!

    If you people respected the US Constitution AND citizens of this city, you would stop murdering us and put those cop/Rapid Response funds into actually doing what is right. Across the country, there is 19 places for each homeless person, when it was "only" 12 about 10 years ago. We don't need more housing, we NEED to stop selling American citizens to the corporations.

    Until that happens, each and everyone of you people are TERRORISTS and MAGA cultists following Trump and should be treated as such!!!

    Edit: county court documents shows the wrong name and DOB, so i was correct, false arrest but still need to go through all the stress of per-trial, proving I am who I am and the endless bullshit.     After i got back from being arrested as they once again, stole our protest, 2 more tents popped up, lol

    Homeless people cant even protest in THIS country because its #Illegal2BHomeless yet not one fucking housed person will come out. Did I expect them to? Nope, they think the problem will go away if they ignore 771,000 of us long enough.

    @justbob I was just thinking about this and I don’t know what happened but I feel like when I was younger there was more sympathy for the unhoused. Like lots of volunteer opportunities to work with them, along with writing to folks in prison or on death row, working at the food bank etc. Now, there seems to be more adversarial feelings between the haves and have nots. Maybe I was just ignoring the people with problematic because I was more nerdy than popular but maybe the issue is people getting meaner as they get older.

    I've been in the war for almost 15 years and have seen it get worse every day.

    Just since Trump and Project2025, ALL homeless people are ether drunks, drug addicts, mentally ill or a combination of all 3.

    If your not part of the system, Dems and Repubs have been trying to criminalize people since at least 1991 when the US Citizens where OK with murdering people for CRUD oil (I'm a Desert Storm vet).

    With the terrorist, Trump, it has become OK to hunt and murder groups of people and every group is under attack from them. What gets me most is that when it comes to homeless people, it has become "who cares", we are totally ignored in every way possible even though we are getting attacked in the same was as every other group.

    That spawned this:

    The silence is deafening. Always hearing about this country or that one, this group or that one but the silence continues for #homeless people.

    (Amendment I) Sorry, you don't have the right to assemble in public space even in protest because your homeless.

    (Amendment IV) Sorry, you don't have the right to be served a search warrant when we steal your only way to stay warm and dry.

    (Amendment VIII) Sorry, your under arrest for trying to survive in public spaces in the middle of winter/heatwave after the city/state/federal has taken everything from you and there is absolutely no place to go to get out of the weather.

    A short time ago, #Trump decided that 771,000 people have no US Constitution rights when he declared it #Illegal2BHomeless across the entire country. Not only do we now have to be on the lookout for city cops, sheriffs, state cops, National Guards that also forgot the oath we say when joining the US Military, we have to be looking for every day haters who won't hesitate to kill us for simply not having a paid for place to live.

    But the silence continues.

    @jbr_IC 100% protest till about Sep 4, = 90 days. Why would it make a differnce if we did? After all, i swore to defend the US Constition including for homeless people to assemble in public space in protest. Just because 771,000 people have been forced into tents, doesnt matter.
