Jan 29, 2026, 1:50 AM@mathew I'm willing to bet all their examples of anti-AI sentiment are around the fictional risk of superintelligence being invented and wiping us out. Because any suggestion that superintelligence is right around the corner only makes the tech seem that much more impressive.
