You have to go into the office 4 days a week, and their office is about 1h 30min away one way in the next town. (By whatever mode of transportation that you usually take.) The next town is a boring suburb, but it's safe. You like where you live.

Offer 2: A very comfortable amount of money. You'll need to work until retirement age (whatever that means), but it's a comfortable retirement with a travel budget. In office 3 days a week, a 20-min commute 1 way.

Offer 3: A comfortable amount of money. You'll need to be a tad frugal during your retirement, but you'll be fine. Fully remote.

These are all basically the same jobs, same levels of stress, responsibilities, and/or upward mobility if you want that.
