    Also when I was washing the dishes the other cook used the sanitizer sink to unfreeze and clean some meat. So I had just one sink to soap and rince and another one to sanitize. At some point the cook let the water from the sink where the meat leaking into the sink I was using for sanitation. I had to start over the wash.
    I didn’t even have time to take my lunch break.
    Some days we work without having aprons and towels available. It can happen we don’t have aprons for 2 days.

    @Drub and I didn’t mention that one of the helpers who serves food to people doesn’t want to wear gloves and picks up food from the pans with his bare hands when he wants some snack. Everyone knows but the guy is still working there. Disgusting.

    @Drub one day I caught him in the cooler pants dropped putting his hands in his briefs. When he realized I was there he came back to work but didn’t wash his hands. This guy is cringe.
