So now I need to figure out some appropriately fun shenanigans to pull with this creepy doll before next session.
I love playing these games so much.

@casey what are the bounds for the doll’s abilities?
A couple options that come to mind (feel free to system adapt as appropriate):
- the doll was a lure for the zombies, rolling a fumble usage check results in 1d6 zombies arrive over the next 1d4 rounds
- the doll contains the concentrated angst, fear, and pain of a little girl that is now beyond, test relevant ability or be transported to a demi plane featuring these themes as only a frightened child could imagine for 1d8 rounds
@casey also instead of a singular *may happen* outcome, you could go with the aggregation of supporting events building a tally up to an event trigger, with the outcome being what changes.
@casey the doll could animate and cause mischief when unobserved or it could be possessed by <insert varying degree of flavor and power> spirit.
@casey the doll is scrying object for a hag who has increasing amounts of compromising private details on the players, Aunty Zuckerborg.
@edm00se oh lord, these are all great ideas. One of the PCs has prophetic dreams that she keeps to herself and I think that the doll is going to start taunting her about them.
Also I’m absolutely using that hag idea for another item they’ll run into later, thank you!
@casey the possibilities are endless, as they say. That’s a great thought on the prophetic dreams, absolutely terrifying.
