    @anne this is cool! “In general, people are never addressed by ‘you’ or by name, primarily by the position they hold.” I think this is worth trying in more environments, since it forces the speaker to think about whether their point is really related to the position or to the person themself.

    And yeah, I think that while one strength of communities is that they hang together based on knowing each other as people, organizations are potentially bound by different constraints. And in general one of my hopes for my time on the board at Kwartzlab is that we can be set up to grow sustainably, and growing does mean that we need a process that works for an actual organization and not only for a group of friends.
