Now do one about the loss of digamma in ancient Greek, where the w sound of digamma was replaced by oi (winos -> oinos).

On my blog I use the pseudo-Greek trigram ϜΤΦ (digamma/tau/phi, despite digamma resembling F) for "WTF".
