Took an edible for the pain after work tonight. It provided a couple of hours of light relief. The pain came screaming back when I went up to bed at 8pm. Every step up the stairs radiated pain up and down my leg. I tried sleeping but just is laid there. I'm up now at 1:30 am icing my hip having taken ibuprofen and more CBD.
