Agreed. I teach CS, and the history of computers and CS is no where in the CS or CIS curriculum.

I dunno about you, but here's a good part of my list:
Rotary dial phones. Meat grinders. A P38 can opener. An engine with a manual choke or a priming bulb. A butter churn. A manual typewriter. A card catalog. A tube tester. Reel-to-reel tape. 16mm film projector. A coal-and-wood stove. How to use a scythe. A gasoline-powered washing machine. A mangle. A flashbulb. A piano roll.
