I think I may just have had the best ramen in my life today. Now, this might be a pretty low bar to clear as I have not had it often, especially if you don’t count instant ramen (which I don’t), but today I was hit with the “oh, there can be a quality difference in the noodles” realisation. The broth was amazing, and the ingredients all were great. It was so good! A bit expensive for ramen (€21 for the bowl) but totally worth it.
