we're trying to find a joiner to do some stuff around the flat. chap arrived earlier this week to have a look, and sent a quote that evening... and a follow-up email early the next morning. we said the quote's OK but we'd need to schedule the work for April, and he's sent a request for a 50% deposit... and three follow-up messages over the course of just over 24hrs... we've not even confirmed dates yet
