Finally saw "Spacehunter: Adventures in the Forbidden Zone" (1983). After many years of trying to catch it as a rental, I finally just bought the DVD.

Very B movie. Very genre. Bit of Star Wars and a bit of Mad Max. Produced by Ivan Reitman, who is best known for "Ghostbusters", and part of Molly Ringwald's brief foray into low-budget sci-fi.

Although honestly, this doesn't look all that low-budget. More of a medium budget. It was fun.
