Clark giving Minnesota a chance at the end of that period. Going to be tough coming out into the second still on the kill, but there's a still a chance for MN to turn it around.

The cross-checking penalty by Hartmez was totally unnecessary and poor discipline. The one on Primerano was important to call because it was a dangerous hit from behind, but it wasn't worse than other hits that were NOT called today. I think the refs let this game get more physical than necessary and aren't being consistent in their calls.
MN was LUCKY to get out of that 5-on-3. Clark has been spectacular.

Wow. That was an intense game. Not as bad of a loss as I thought it would be after the first period.
