But I'm confused why the crematorium (eg 3) is a 100 billion business? I would have thought that it's 80b (4 quarters at 20b)?

The #ai maths here is probably 10b for that one month, extrapolated to a year that would be 120b. Minus the 20b investment make a company that is 'worth' 100b for burning money.
