What if they remove it? Well, are they doing anti-racist work? Doing the labor of contrition? Or are they expecting instant acceptance because they took the sign off?
@mwl maybe a regular person, if they work hard at it, could be forgiven. Nobody susceptible to that kind of behavior or rot should be trusted with leadership, ever.
