A1. Tokyo, Japan. I was on the bike yesterday (high of 26C), and then when I was ready for BikeNite my partner informed me we were going out.
My best hot weather cycling tip is: don't. I'd thought I was fine up to 35-36C as long as I kept well hydrated, but I nearly made myself sick on a couple of occasions. I put a stop at 32C now, and even then I'm taking it very easy. (I should probably pay more attention to WBGT -- yesterday's was 26C.)
