I'm on a low-salt diet for a heart issue, and found recently, with the hotter weather, that I was dragging on some harder high-altitude hikes. For the most recent one, I made a point of sprinkling a little salt on breakfast, and did great. So don't forget the salt in hot weather!

Other than that, I'm doing my acoustic bike riding mostly in the morning, and taking an ebike if I need to run errands in the mid-afternoon.
