One of the white pines was "topped". It's laying on the ground in the back.

They were planted by previous owners in 1980s.

    Nothing is forever.

Large middle branch taken out. This might have been the original "lead" of the tree. This is about 1/3rd of the tree. Guess time to plan on major prune of any other weakness. 😢

Maple tree branch, about 30-35 feet laying right to left... top with leaves to left.

The biggest loss is the maple in the backyard. We called it the "Bailey" tree. Named after a friend's Red Heeler (Cattle dog) that we took care of about 25 years ago.

Bailey would run up the side of the tree while playing Frisbee.

This is about 50% of the tree and is all of the central section of the tree. This will definitely have to come down... but not an emergency.

Maple branches on ground. Trunk parts to left. Leaves and top of tree to right. Probably 40 feet, maybe more. I'll have to measure.
