It will destroy the planet and make US oil companies richer though.

Carney could've required the oilmen to pay their outstanding taxes to municipalities, clean up their polluting orphan wells, start cleaning tailings lakes, stop methane leaks....but didn't.

@lemonlolita ...the majority of the companies getting oil out of the ground in Alberta are US companies. They are the ones selling it.
