@anderspuck I disagree with the time limit on edits, simply because it has never been a problem on Mastodon that there is no time limit.
And even if we one day saw a wave of bad edits that reversed the meaning of posts, we could just block those accounts exploiting the edit function this way.

They want to appear to be free but they are not. So they need some thumb screws to make people pay. The possibility of edits is a useful screw feature 😉.
