@feld HVAC isn't cheap in Minneapolis. Our last one was $6k 12 years ago, and it struggled the last four years of it's life, often *not* cooling our hour down completely at all on the hottest days.

This one had better financing, lasts longer, and runs *way* quieter. It actually works well enough to turn off above 89F, which our last one the other one never did.
