It is.
I believe with this one, I've seen all "versions" of Poirot.
I read most of Agatha's books through 70s & 80s. Not sure what is available since probably late 80's.
I watched all of PBS presentation of Poirot... with David Suchet providing what I consider the quintessential Poirot.
Viewing the episodes in that order shows how he grows in the character and how Poirot "softens" as he ages.

Grown tired of repetitive versions of Orient Express.
I will view the last episode tomorrow.
So far - it comes across as a regular "movie of the week" - and not much Poirot...
Probably just how J.M. is delivering his version... and the director's take overall.

The novels are really best left to the readers imagination.

AND Hollywood or other film/video folks... leave the Orient Express alone... it has been done to death and does not need Poirot to decipher that to a solution.
